Email Still Works!

In my opinion, a well-written email is one of the most compelling forms of digital communication. We can all tell when someone took the time to write us a personal email. It’s the new-age form of a handwritten note, but it’s also one of the most effective ways to communicate with your clients. In fact, the ROI on email is $36 for every $1 spent. That return on investment is higher than any other digital marketing channel. Additionally, 99% of email users check email every day. 

Email marketing can be employed in a variety of ways for the unique needs of your business and can be customized for any need, in any industry. For example, do you have a request information form? Send those inquiries a confirmation email to let them know you received their request and that you’ll follow up soon! Do you want to keep in touch with customers who buy from you frequently to let them know of sales or special events? Email can do that, too!

These days, there are a number of inexpensive yet effective and powerful tools for automating your communications. Plain ‘ol mail merge in Word still works well, too.
